With deep roots in agriculture and a passion for helping people grow, Laina brings a practical, relationship-focused approach to HR. She is committed to supporting leaders and employees through every stage of growth.

Fun Fact: When she’s not supporting clients, Laina runs Laina Marie Photography, where she photographs families, seniors, and weddings. Her work has earned recognition as a Globe Gazette Best Photographer award winner, allowing her to combine her creativity with her love of capturing meaningful moments.
