Our story
PeopleWise was built on a partnership. Renee and Abby worked together for five years and became known as the “dream team.” Renee believed the right company would eventually bring them back together. After two years apart and no opportunity appearing, she built it herself.
One year after launching PeopleWise, Renee invited Abby to join. The “dream team” was back! Together, they quickly saw a gap in how small businesses were being supported. Too much focus on payroll and benefits. Not enough thoughtful, strategic HR guidance.
