Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping business leaders build stronger organizations, Renee launched PeopleWise to create meaningful impact at scale. She saw an opportunity to partner more deeply with growing companies, bringing practical, people-first strategies that drive real results. As a working parent of two young children, launching her own firm also gave her the flexibility to be present for her family while fully leaning into her purpose.
Over the course of her career, Renee has supported a wide range of organizations, guiding leadership teams through growth, change, and cultural transformation with strategies tailored to their goals. She brings deep expertise across the HR function, having led initiatives in talent acquisition, benefits design, organizational development, HR technology implementation, and more.
Renee is known as a true business partner, someone who takes the time to understand the business deeply in order to advise strategically on people decisions. Her passion lies in building innovative, engaged teams and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the employee experience. Her honest, direct feedback builds trust and clarity, empowering leaders to make confident, informed decisions that drive long-term success.
FUN FACT: Originally from Massachusetts, Renee has lived in seven states.
She currently resides in Prior Lake with her husband Bryan and two children.
